AutoDec is a Google Gemini-powered automation tool trained on DAFI 36-2806, Air Force Awards and Decorations. It automates narrative generation for Air Force Achievement, Commendation, Meritorious Service Medals, and more! It can ingest free text or documents such as EPBs, OPBs, and LOEs to assess users' work and select the most impactful information to generate the award narrative, accelerating the awards process while giving valuable time back to supervisors and commanders!

OUR STORY
The Chair Force was initially created by Benjiman Jennings as a joke website, playing on other military services' references to the United States Air Force. However, it soon evolved into something more when he realized there were opportunities to innovate, improve quality of life and work-life balance, and streamline administrative processes that he didn't need permission to create. He then set to work programming a website that addressed real-world problems in the Air Force with practical solutions.
